Every great shift in the creative economy starts with a signal. We built Rara Avis Entertainment to professionalize the artist and empower creatives to “Grow Your Own Wings.”
As our network grew, we noticed a major gap in the global creative ecosystem: no one was specifically vetting and championing the very first major steps of a career. So, we built Rara Avis Debut Award (RADA).
While Rara Avis incubates and coaches individual talent, RADA acts as an independent detection system for the entire industry, bridging raw potential with the global stage.
The Honor:
The RADAR — We don’t just hand out awards; we signal excellence. The RADAR is our hallmark honor, bestowed upon debutants who demonstrate the mastery to command their own trajectory. When the industry looks to a RADAR recipient, they see the future of art, identified, validated, and ready for global impact.
Selection and Governance
The RADA Academy Board
A body of industry professionals, including legal experts, experienced talent, and creative directors who oversee the integrity of the selection process.
The Nominating Committee
A rotating panel of experts responsible for scouting and validating the “Debut” status of nominees across the 21 categories.
The Audit and Compliance Arm
A specialized group that maintains the logic tables for award categories.
